Pilates for Cancer

This is a Reformer Style Pilates class. What is a reformer? A machine that using sliding carriage inside a long frame. This Pilates Reformer class is great for Rehab as you use your own strength and control to guide the machine creating better balance.

Posture Realign

 Based on the Critical Alignment Therapy System. With specialized tools individuals will learn to recognize their postural habits. From this awareness we can work together and begin to change our deficient postural habits that have been created through a lifetime of stress, trauma and lifestyles.
