Fascia Stretch Therapy with Christy

Fascia Stretch Therapy (FST) is a hands-on assisted stretching technique that works with your fascia-the connective tissue that runs through your entire body, surrounding and connecting every muscle, joint, organ, and nerve.

What makes FST™ different than typical stretching:

  • Works in full fascial nets and movement patterns targeting joints and muscles

  • Is pain-free

  • Uses gentle traction and rhythmic movements to open joints

  • Calms the nervous system while improving mobility

Benefits of an FST™ treatment can include:

  • Improved range of motion and mobility

  • Reduced pain

  • Improved quality of life

  • Reduced stress

  • Faster recovery from fitness & athletic activities
