Fascia Stretch Therapy with Christy
Fascia Stretch Therapy (FST) is a hands-on assisted stretching technique that works with your fascia-the connective tissue that runs through your entire body, surrounding and connecting every muscle, joint, organ, and nerve.
What makes FST™ different than typical stretching:
Works in full fascial nets and movement patterns targeting joints and muscles
Is pain-free
Uses gentle traction and rhythmic movements to open joints
Calms the nervous system while improving mobility
Benefits of an FST™ treatment can include:
Improved range of motion and mobility
Reduced pain
Improved quality of life
Reduced stress
Faster recovery from fitness & athletic activities
