How the assessments work
This program is part of a study. To evaluate the study’s effectiveness, participants will complete a fitness assessment before and after the exercise program. Each assessment will take approximately 30 minutes.
Participants will be asked to complete questionnaires to assess individual symptoms, quality of life, and physical activity levels. Questionnaires will be completed before and after the program, at 24 weeks, at 1 year and annually for up to 5 years.
This project is run through the University of Calgary.
