How do I book an appointment?
You can book online anytime through Jane App. Just book here and choose your service, practitioner and time.
Where can I see pricing?
In-clinic sessions can be booked online through Jane App, where you'll also find current pricing. Just book here. For mobile services and pricing, please contact us.
Do I need a doctor's referral?
No, you don't need a referral. You're welcome to book any service directly.
Insurance & Payment
Do you direct bill insurance?
We don't direct bill. If you have coverage, you pay for your session and submit your receipt to your insurer for reimbursement.
How can I pay?
Payment is set up through Jane App when you book. If you have any questions about payment, just reach out and we'll be happy to help.
First Visit to the Clinic
How do I find and get into the clinic?
The clinic is at 2300 Broad Street, first floor, unit 109, within the Precision Gold Orthotics office. At the vestibule, buzz your practitioner's User ID and we'll let you in.
How early should I arrive?
Please arrive no more than 5 minutes early, since you won't be able to pass the main vestibule before then.
What should I bring or wear?
Wear comfortable clothing you can move in. If you plan to submit an insurance claim, bring your insurance information.
Rehab On The Go
Which services come to my home?
Rehab On The Go offers in-home Exercise Therapy, in-home FST and virtual Exercise Therapy sessions, throughout Regina and the surrounding area. A travel fee may apply for locations outside the city.
How do I book an in-home session?
In-home sessions aren't booked through Jane App. Send us an in-home request and we'll get back to you to set it up. Just tell us where you're located and what you're looking for.
Policies
What's your cancellation policy?
For Rehab On The Go and Fascia Stretch Therapy, missed appointments and cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment time are charged the full cost of the session. For Manual Therapy, cancellations within 24 hours are charged $50.
