The whole body
in every session.

Jenna's hands-on therapy is based on osteopathic principles of integrating the body with Rolfing (fascial release), visceral manipulation, muscle energy and biodynamic craniosacral therapy for a comprehensive approach. Manual Osteopaths assess and treat the relationships between the spine, joints, muscles, nerves and organs to restore the body's inherent self-healing capacity.

Jenna holds a Two-Year Diploma of Manual Osteopathy (DMO) and is currently completing her Five-Year DOMP program.

A note on terminology: Manual Osteopaths complete advanced manual therapy training but are distinct from Medical Osteopaths (MDs/DOs with prescribing authority). Jenna is a Manual Osteopath, a highly trained hands-on practitioner.

A deep toolkit,
carefully applied.

Rolfing Structural Integration

A 10-series hands-on process that reorganizes the body's connective tissue, releasing long-held compensatory patterns and restoring structural alignment.

Manual Osteopathy

A whole-body approach addressing the relationships between the spine, organs, fascia and nervous system using gentle, precise manual techniques.

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy

Extremely gentle work with the craniosacral rhythm, effective for nervous system regulation, chronic pain, headaches and trauma.

Visceral Manipulation

Addressing the mobility and function of internal organs and their surrounding connective tissue to improve overall structural and physiological health.

Manual therapy,
answered.

What should I wear?
Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing you can move in. The work involves hands-on assessment and movement, so avoid anything restrictive.
Is a Manual Osteopath the same as an osteopathic doctor?
No. Jenna is a Manual Osteopath, with advanced hands-on training, which is distinct from a Medical Osteopath (an MD or DO who can prescribe). Her sessions integrate visceral, craniosacral and fascial work.
Does manual therapy hurt?
It's hands-on and can involve firm pressure, but always at a pace that's comfortable for you. Jenna checks in and adjusts throughout the session.
Do I need a referral to book?
Not at all. You don't need a referral from your doctor, so you can book whenever you're ready. Book directly here.
