Fascia Stretch Therapy™
in Regina, SK.
A full-body assisted stretching system that targets the fascial network, unlocking flexibility, reducing pain and restoring the freedom of movement you've been missing.

More than stretching,
a system for the whole body.
Fascia Stretch Therapy™ (FST) is a table-based, assisted stretching method developed by Ann and Chris Frederick. Unlike traditional stretching, FST targets the entire fascial system, the connective tissue network that surrounds, supports and connects every muscle, joint and organ in the body.
Using gentle traction, oscillation and rhythmic movement, your practitioner guides your body through specific stretches that release restrictions throughout the full myofascial chain, not just a tight muscle, but the entire line of tension it belongs to.
Sessions are performed on a treatment table with straps to stabilize the body. You wear comfortable clothing and relax while the practitioner guides your limbs and torso through movements you couldn't access on your own.
In-home sessions: Christy also offers FST in your home. Contact her directly to book, by text at 306-531-8234 or by email.
What FST can do for you.
Increased Flexibility
Target the entire fascial network, not just individual muscles, for dramatic, lasting improvements in range of motion.
Pain Relief
Release deep fascial restrictions and joint compression that contribute to chronic pain and stiffness.
Improved Performance
Athletes and active individuals use FST to move more efficiently, recover faster and prevent injury.
Better Posture
Address the whole-body tension patterns that contribute to poor posture and structural imbalances.
Stress Reduction
The gentle, rhythmic nature of FST activates the parasympathetic nervous system, leaving you deeply relaxed.
Enhanced Mobility
For older adults or those recovering from injury, FST restores the functional mobility needed for daily life.
Who benefits most.
- Athletes looking to improve performance and recovery
- People with chronic pain, stiffness, or limited mobility
- Those recovering from injury or surgery
- Anyone experiencing stress and tension held in the body
